Okay, I am in North Carolina at 130-mile marker. It's 2:57 in the morning and it's 50 degrees, finally warmed up. It was in the upper 30s like there in Virginia in some places ____ traffic finally came down quite a bit, this is about the quietest time in the morning 3:00 a.m. By 4 o'clock, it'll be picking back up and by 6 o'clock it'll be heavy traffic on 95 again.
