Okay, we're in Utah,...

Okay, we're in Utah, about 60 miles from Moab(?) and arriving(?) with Rob(?) ___ therefore(?) we stopped at Grand Junction last night as Rob had a problem with his chain(?) and needed to pick up a new chain this morning, ___ get that. For now, we're moving our way over to Moab(?). Well, hopefully he'll be able to change the chain in the parking lot at the hotel this afternoon otherwise it's a beautiful ___ and ___, unbelievable. Okay, I'm on I-70 West Bound West of Saint Louis. I'm going exit Torneo(?) ____ by Kansas City and met Robin a hotel rep. I gotta know ____ 90 miles ago. It's 8:49 East Coast 7:49 Central time. The sun is still up a little bit a little bit more to go. So it's(?) still daylight and 90 miles to go to exit Torneo(?) and I-70 near Kansas City. Whether.

Okay you now, continuing on the tornado here in Southern Illinois on I-57. I fear to have the road closed. It's just starting where they have the car stopped. Looks like they've been there for quite a while Southbound I-57. You can smell the trees burning(?) up out the ____ up the trees cutting the trees crossing the road. Okay looks like a long back up on -I57 Southbound.

Okay. I'm in Southern Illinois on I-57. Passing through a large tornado. Once I went through, the south bound of I-57 is closed with lots of trees all over. I've seen an 18-wheeler flipped over upside down. It looks pretty through this area here. Definitely had a tornado. Lots of trees all over the road, both sides. I must have had a good tail wind 'cause my last gas stop I got about 39 mile to the gallon of 38 which was pretty good. So send(?) getting loud(?) the gas mileage. Okay, I just stopped and met with Steve Short(?) in Dateland, Arizona. We talked on the phone earlier and agreed to stop and meet there for about 5 minutes. He's on his way to San Diego for the First Leg of his 2nd ___CC and I'm on my way back to Van Horn to finish my Second CBG(?). Okay about 75 miles...

Okay about 75 miles South on Phoenix on I10. I just went through one of those photo enforcement zone. They have a sign saying in the area so you know to slow down. And then came a truck, a pick up truck with a camera man in the bad end and some other equipment. And I guess they move it around and take pictures that way. Very interesting. Anyway I was slow so, just interesting to see one of those photo enforcement lone(?) with cameras.

Okay, I just called Steve and I just called Bill. And both of them are doing good on their under CC's. Steve is about 4, 5 hours ahead. Bill is because, Bill had a battery problem right at the start, yesterday morning. They're both gonna try to fill sure, some how another hotel in San Diego. Bill is gonna be coming in at about the time Steve is leaving. So they both seemed to be well. And I hope to be able to pass them on the road at some point on my return back.
